Elena Whittle
Elena Whittle is a Designer at dD+P and works on the Transit Team. She assists with dD+P's ADA projects and enjoys renovating stations with the mission of making transit facilities accessible for all.

Tamara’s passion for urban infrastructure and the role it plays in shaping communities has been a driving force in her career.
Steven P. Woo, AIA
Steven Woo works on a variety of large-scale transit and commercial projects at dD+P, participating in all phases from design to construction. His previous experience includes renovations and new construction of residential and mixed-use projects. Steven is experienced in construction administration, feasibility studies, and code analysis.
Sta’Kyi Fulson
Sta'Kyi is an Accounting Manager at dD+P. His role entails billing all projects, ranging from the NYC SCA to the MTA/NYCT. His expertise is being able to be a jack of all trades, with a focus on forecasting budgets so a project is fully billed throughout.
Badal Thakker
Badal Thakker is a Designer and Field Representative at dD+P. He manages educational projects from design through the construction phase, including construction management and developing sustainable design solutions to achieve the highest energy efficiency. Badal is also a member of dD+P's Studio Events Committee and helps plan annual team-building events.

Alan Chan
Alan Chan is an Associate at dD+P. He leads dD+P’s Innovation Group and co-chairs the EDI+B Initiative. With degrees in both architecture and urban planning, his diverse portfolio encompasses civic projects that range from urban-scale designs to impactful community projects across New York City. He has presented his work at International Placemaking Week, The Architectural League of New York’s Current Work series, and the APA National Planning Conference. Alan is deeply passionate about community-centered solutions. By merging place-based insights with creative approaches, Alan aims to create projects that not only resonate with but also enrich the communities they serve.
Brian Ravinsky
Brian Ravinsky is a Designer and Project Manager with experience working on a diverse range of projects, bringing with him degrees in both architecture and urban planning. His professional expertise meets at the intersection of architecture and urban design, with extensive experience in construction administration for open space and building projects. His experience includes digital modeling, research, planning, renderings, drawings, and reports for a variety of new and renovation-based projects in the public realm including the Northeast Maglev, New York Aquarium, MTA District 9 Police Facility, and Four Stations on the Astoria Line.
Jue Wang
Jue Wang has worked on a variety of public sector projects, primarily in the fields of infrastructure and education. These projects include station renewals on the Jamaica Line (BMT), 59th Street-Columbus Circle Station Elevator Addition, MTA/NYCT small business mentoring programs, and public schools such as PS 155Q, PS 191Q, and PS 182X. Jue believes architecture plays an important role in building stronger communities and brings that same belief to dD+P's studio culture as an adaptable team player experienced in design and graphic visualization.
Francis Wu, AIA
Francis Wu brings international experience in schematic design, design development, and construction document preparation. His expertise in model-making, visualizing design concepts, and bringing schemes to life through dynamic representations and drawings translates a project's design intent across a variety of media. He has helped prepare design documents at all phases for transportation, cultural, and residential facilities in accordance with planning and code requirements, including ADA feasibility studies. Francis is also our in-house project photographer and many of his photos are featured on our project pages.
