Masahiro Shinohara
Masahiro Shinohara produces CAD drawings and is an expert at producing solid sets of construction documents, coordinating with Structural and MEP consultants, and troubleshooting potential quality assurance issues. His project experience includes work for the Port Authority of NY & NJ, NYC Transit, US Army Corps of Engineers, Manhattan Beer Distributors, and SCA CIP projects.
Tae Yoon Lee
Tae Yoon Lee is a Designer at dD+P. His work's focus includes addressing design sensibility and architectural details. During a project's life cycle, he is skilled at understanding the importance of design decisions and their direct impact on the construction process.
Brian Ravinsky
Brian Ravinsky is a Designer and Project Manager with experience working on a diverse range of projects, bringing with him degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning. His professional expertise meets at the intersection of architecture and urban design, with extensive experience in construction administration for open space and building projects. His experience includes digital modeling, research, planning, renderings, drawings, and reports for a variety of new and renovation-based projects in the public realm including Northeast Maglev, Four Stations on the Astoria Line, New York Aquarium, and the MTA District 9 Police Facility.
Maria Nuñez
Maria Nuñez is an Administrative Assistant at dD+P. Her skills include studio-wide administrative support including acting as dD+P’s point person at reception, managing office supply inventory, organizing continuing education courses, and assisting the accounting department.
Tamara Vlaisavljević
Tamara has extensive experience working with the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) on the design and construction of K-12 projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale new construction. Her international work experience informs her architectural perspective when approaching different challenges across a broad swath of service lines. Tamara’s passion for urban infrastructure and the role it plays in shaping communities has been a driving force in her career.
Alan Chan
Alan Chan’s background includes urban design, development, and architecture. He draws equally from academic and professional experience in contributing to architectural and urban design projects at dD+P with an emphasis on community engagement. His skills include visualizing design concepts and bringing schemes to life through dynamic representations, drawings, and collaborative digital workshop technologies like Miro Board.
Francis Wu, AIA
Francis Wu brings international experience in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation preparation. His expertise in model-making, visualizing design concepts, and bringing schemes to life through dynamic representations and drawings translates a project's design intent across a variety of media. He has helped prepare design documents at all phases for transportation, cultural, and residential facilities in accordance with planning and code requirements, including ADA Feasibility Studies. Francis also is our in-house project photographer and many of his photos are featured on our project pages.
Steven Woo
Steven Woo works on a variety of large-scale transit and commercial projects at dD+P, participating in all phases from design to construction. His previous experience includes renovations and new construction of residential and mixed-use projects. Steven is experienced in construction administration, feasibility studies, and code analysis.
Jue Wang
Jue Wang has worked on a variety of public sector projects, primarily in the fields of infrastructure and education. These projects have included transportation-based structures including station renewals on the Jamaica Line (BMT), 59th Street-Columbus Circle Station Elevator Addition, NYCT small business mentoring programs, and public schools such as Q155, Q191, and X182. Jue believes architecture plays an important role in building stronger communities and she brings that same belief to dD+P's studio culture as an adaptable team player experienced in design and graphic visualization.
Sta’Kyi Fulson
Sta'Kyi is an Accounting Manager at dD+P. His role entails billing all projects, ranging from NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) to Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). His expertise is being able to be a Jack of all trades, with a focus on forecasting budgets so a project is fully billed throughout.
Badal Thakker
Badal Thakker is a Designer at dD+P and manages public school projects from design through the construction phase, including developing sustainable design solutions to achieve the highest energy efficiency and managing the day-to-day workflow of projects. Badal is also a member of the firm's Studio Events committee and is active in planning annual team-building events.
Akshita Arunachalam
Akshita Arunachalam is a Junior Designer at dD+P and works on the Education Team. She assists with developing drawings for various phases of design and is simultaneously working on becoming a licensed architect in New York.
