dD+P is pleased to announce our participation in an HDR-led project team selected to support the MTA’s procurement efforts for a program that will bring 24 transit stations up to ADA accessibility standards. The design team is working to develop alternatives for stations in this six-package program that will enhance the overall passenger experience while providing much-needed upgrades that will further access to the transit system for many New Yorkers. As design manager, dD+P is leading a collaborative effort to re-envision approaches to accessibility challenges to implement innovative and sensitive solutions.

“dD+P brings years of experience in working with the MTA on the ADA and Station Renewals programs and is proud to continue this partnership in support of the ongoing effort to render 95% of New York City’s transit stations accessible by 2055.”
