They are passionate about creating minimal and impactful visual designs, addressing accessibility needs, and collaborating across disciplines. They are a part of dD+P's EDI+B Initiative.

Yueer Niu is a Junior Designer at dD+P and works on the Transit Team. She is a graduate of Cornell University and is interested in experimenting with various types of visual representation from rendering to modeling.

Chin-Rong Jenny Lee is a Designer at dD+P and works on the Transit Team. She has experience in sustainable design as both a LEED Green Associate and Certified Passive House Designer and is interested in developing designs that are energy-efficient and have minimal impact on our natural environment.

Christopher Yip started as an Intern on dD+P's Education Team and recently joined the studio as a full-time Junior Designer.
Amanda Sarantos
Amanda Sarantos recently joined dD+P as Marketing Manager and directs all aspects of the Marketing Department, including procurement research for upcoming RFPs/RFQs in the private and public sectors, proposal design and management, public relations, social media, business development, and award submissions.
