Natalie Jaggernauth, AIA

Natalie's focus at dD+P has been on design for educational projects. Specializing in K-12 facilities, she has been an integral part of all phases from feasibility studies to concepts, design, BIM modeling, and construction administration for a series of Pre-K conversion projects under the NYC Universal Pre-K initiative, as well as stand-alone public schools within the five boroughs. Natalie is a registered architect in New York and a member of the firm's internal Green Team.

Cindy Chan

Cindy Chan’s strong artistic background and keen attention to detail are attributed to her success in the positions of designer, BIM Manager, and member of dD+P’s Green Team. She has played an instrumental role in recent SCA projects, particularly as BIM Coordinator for PS 256Q where she has been closely communicating with various disciplines in preparation of the project design model. She is also Chair of dD+P’s ACE mentorship program.

Carly Epler, AIA

As a native New Yorker and an Associate at dD+P, Carly has led and worked on projects for cultural, commercial, and government clients. She holds a master’s degree in architecture from Tulane University and is a Licensed Architect in New York. Carly has managed and worked on a diverse of projects ranging from commercial, healthcare, landscape, restoration, transportation, and interiors.  Her recently completed projects include Javits Center Medical Station & Temporary Field Hospital and the Clifton Railcar Maintenance Shop. Carly is an artist and brings her practice to the studio from the design development and construction phases to mentoring and encouraging new studio members to use their creativity.

Lukas Argyros, AIA

Lukas Argyros is a licensed architect in New York State and has a specialized background in construction management for projects ranging from government institutions to residential and commercial developments. Since beginning work with dD+P, Lukas has been working heavily with the New York City School Construction Authority, managing the construction administration of various projects. In addition to his work with dD+P, he has been serving as an Adjunct Professor at the New York Institute of Technology since 2009. Lukas is a member of the firm’s Green Team and is active in the research and implementation of sustainable technologies.

Sherif Awad, AIA, LEED Green Associate

Sherif Awad is an Associate at dD+P and works on the Education Team. He manages various public school project types from design through the construction phase and is deeply invested in sustainability and workflows. Sherif leads dD+P's "Share a Thought" studio series, a bi-weekly discussion-based forum that is designed to advance the firm's understanding of various topics from innovative building materials to code compliance.

Richard Morgan, AIA, LEED AP

Richard Morgan has broad experience with numerous project types, both domestic and international, including extensive experience working on K-12 and transit projects in New York City and the tri-state area. Prior to joining dD+P, Richard worked on multiple public school additions and new buildings, as well as commercial and multi-family residential buildings. Through his past work and current project responsibilities at dD+P, Richard brings significant expertise in agency coordination, consultant team coordination, project delivery, project filings, and code compliance.
