While BIM has been around for two decades, fewer than half of U.S. firms use BIM on billable projects (as of 2017) and many still do not use it at all. BIM, from its early days to the present, continues to be an integral part of our design process, and as early adopters of this building technology, we have established ourselves as one the leading experts in this field.
In our experience, BIM has evolved the project workflow. With the integration of BIM, we are able to document our design vision in a three-dimensional capacity with realistic building components that parallel the build during construction. With intelligent data nested in each component, we accurately analyze and address various design factors, creating the most realistic representation of the building.
