Adam Mercier brings expertise in design, coordination, and sustainability for a portfolio that includes transportation, education, and historic rehabilitation projects. In addition to providing sophisticated visualizations and models for presentations to clients, he possesses in-depth experience in design, delivery, and managing the construction administration process. As Technical Director for the studio's Green Team, he is active in the research and implementation of sustainable technologies and assists clients to define and achieve their sustainable certification goals. With the belief that sustainability should not come from a pure checklist approach, he is passionate about exploring the inherent qualities within a project where sustainability has the greatest potential to be a catalyst.

Diana Rodriguez, AIA

Diana Rodriguez brings expertise in the design, coordination, and management of a well-rounded portfolio of work including transportation facilities, K-12 education, libraries, and business offices. Along with being a team leader responsible for the collaboration of large teams, including M/E/P and structural initiatives for many of dD+P's K-12 education projects, Diana serves as the firm’s Intern Director where she mentors and supervises architectural interns. As a member of the firm’s Green Team, she is active in the research and implementation of Sustainable Technologies.

David F. Tobar, AIA

David Tobar brings experience in architectural design, adaptive reuse, and construction administration on many of dD+P’s education and transportation projects. He has significant rehabilitation expertise and as a result, has extensive knowledge of restoration practices for both historic and non-historic buildings. This knowledge spans all phases of the design process, managing complex project teams, and working closely in the field with contractors and owners to resolve issues as they arise. His talent for anticipating unknowns and project management extends to the variety of other hats he dons around the office, such as operations and IT oversight.

Aileen G. Muñoz, NCIDQ, LEED AP BD+C

Aileen Muñoz is dD+P's resident interiors specialist and workplace strategist. She often spends her time considering how the design of workspaces can engage and inspire people. She has been a team leader for the majority of the firm's corporate interior projects as well as a designer on several schools and transit renovations. Her experience spans all project stages, from conception to construction, though her particular interest is in materiality, texture, and color, using details and finishes to turn vision into form. Additionally, Aileen is a LEED Accredited Professional and offers a sustainable perspective on design and furniture selection.

Raymond Liu, AIA

Raymond Liu is an integral member of the dD+P team due to his exceptional background in the scoping phase, design phase, coordination, and construction/site experience. He is an avid member of both the firm’s BIM Team and Green Team, and he also manages the studio’s interns to fulfill specific tasks.

Natalie Jaggernauth, AIA

Natalie's focus at dD+P has been on design for educational projects. Specializing in K-12 facilities, she has been an integral part of all phases from feasibility studies to concepts, design, BIM modeling, and construction administration for a series of Pre-K conversion projects under the NYC Universal Pre-K initiative, as well as stand-alone public schools within the five boroughs. Natalie is a registered architect in New York and a member of the firm's internal Green Team.

Christian Jungje Jo

Christian Jungje Jo has a broad range of experience in project development and management, including planning, architecture, construction management, and real estate, with well-known firms throughout his career. He has worked on various ground-up new building and renovation projects in both the public and private sector, including mixed-use development, governmental, institutional, cultural, hospitality, residential, healthcare, and transportation. Throughout his career, Christian Jungje has shown a constant interest in professional development. He continually seeks to improve his skillset and gain various industry expertise to grow professionally and execute projects successfully.

Richard Morgan, AIA, LEED AP

Richard Morgan has broad experience with numerous project types, both domestic and international, including extensive experience working on K-12 and transit projects in New York City and the tri-state area. Prior to joining dD+P, Richard worked on multiple public school additions and new buildings, as well as commercial and multi-family residential buildings. Through his past work and current project responsibilities at dD+P, Richard brings significant expertise in agency coordination, consultant team coordination, project delivery, project filings, and code compliance.
