Seeking Mid-Level Architect with 5–8+ years of experience in project design. This includes all phases of design — Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. The candidate should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Licensure in New York State is preferred
  • Experience in project design
  • Ability to coordinate the work of a multi-disciplinary consultant/contractor team
  • Knowledge in building codes
  • Good technical skills at all scales
  • Creative, versatile, and flexible
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or multi-task
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or later with BIM experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam and graphic/design software including the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Background in Construction Administration/Management preferred

Seeking an Accounts Receivable/Bookkeeper. This person will work directly with partners and other senior personnel and will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager. In addition, additional accounting procedures/activities will be assigned as needed.

Excellent and proactive communication skills are necessary with daily contact with clients and internal staff. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required. Advanced Excel experience required, knowledge of QuickBooks and other robust architectural-related accounting programs is a big plus. Experience in the A/E industry strongly preferred.

Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $80,000–$100,000

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator, senior staff, and Partners to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Partners and Project Managers on proposals and marketing initiatives
  • Leading the coordination and production of proposals
  • Developing and producing time-sensitive submissions and marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, awards, and qualification packages
  • Maintaining project information database, project sheets, resumes, and brochure pages
  • Writing and customizing text for submissions and marketing materials
  • Assisting with client research and lead-finding
  • Assisting with updates to the firm website, in coordination with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator
  • Maintaining marketing calendars and logs
  • Facilitating internal and external communications, including email blasts and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Related tasks as needed

This is a hands-on role, requiring direct involvement in all marketing tasks. Strong communication, writing/editing, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Word/Excel/InDesign/PowerPoint are required. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred. Must be detail oriented.

Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $95,000–$130,000
